Our Returns Policy
As Kairos grows, we’re seeing increasing demand for tickets to our events. Since we keep participant numbers intentionally small, this means we’re now regularly reaching capacity, sometimes weeks in advance.
In light of this, and since we understand that sometimes arrangements change and people get sick, we’ve decided to firm up our returns policy.
We want to encourage you to book in advance, since that helps us to plan, particularly with the cooking. But we’d also like you to make a firm commitment to turn up. We want to give you an incentive to let us know as soon as possible if you aren’t going to make it. But also to tell us even if you have to cancel at the last minute, as we may still be able to give your space to someone else. We want to be fair, and we want to minimise our costs and admin.
So, after some thought, we’ve decided that the clearest, fairest, least admin-heavy arrangement is this:
- If you’ve booked for an event and can no longer make it, please email us on events@kairos.london more than 24 hours in advance and we’ll give you a coupon code that you can use for a future event.
- If it’s less that 24 hours before the event you won’t get a credit but we’d still be really grateful if you’d let us know.
Please note that we are a tiny team with limited admin capacity and sometimes emails go unanswered. It you write to request a credit and don’t hear back within a week, please do write again to remind us.
